CVC jersey, 160 GSM. This is a tee construction, not a sweatshirt-fleece specification.
Prior use evidence
Kendra’s buyer-provided last-year bestseller list names this exact style. The later CAD says “reorder from M7215.”
Order evidence
M7215: 1,200 Missy units scheduled March 2025. M7622: 3,000 Missy units scheduled March 2026.
Shipment proof
No independent shipment paperwork recovered. Buyer-reported performance is separate evidence of prior retail use.
Measurements
No approved garment or artwork measurements recovered yet.
Useful short-sleeve construction fallback. The fabric, hem and sleeve finish need a deliberate decision for the new sweatshirt.
YOUR SIZING QUESTION
Yes, we should work from the selected body’s approved spec.
The body gives us the actual chest, armhole and sleeve space. We can then set the flag width, star size and distances from the neckline, centre front and raglan seams on the base size.
The old body alone does not establish the new flag and star dimensions. The order sheets list apparel size ranges and quantities; those are not garment measurements. No target inches have been invented.
1 / RETRIEVE
Approved body + spec
Cato M7431 first: base-size pattern, graded measurement sheet, fabric and prior shipment confirmation. Bealls BNL70S8 as fallback.
2 / ADAPT
Confirm the short sleeve
Set sleeve length, the cream/red panel break and sleeve opening. Check the intended sweatshirt fabric against the selected fit.
3 / SIZE + PROOF
Set the artwork dimensions
Flag width, star size and placement distances go on the actual body. Review that measured placement before extraction and production handoff.
CURRENT STATE
Body references found. Approved spec still needed.
No final body has been selected. No new artwork extraction, Photoshop work, technical specification or production approval has been performed in this research step.
